So Long, Farewell

Wow. 7 months ago, I first stepped foot in the Pingtung Nan Jung English Village. Now, on April 2^nd, 2012, I look back on our time here and am amazed at the providence of God.

Almost all of us have had a birthday here, found new friends, had some struggles, lost some arguments, won some hearts, and touched lives.

Taiwan has been a place of growth and joy, and it was not without tears that most of us declined another year here.  All of us seek to follow Christ’s direction for our life, and for only one of us is this next year in Taiwan a certainty.  Nan Jung, we will miss you so much, but we look forward to making the most of these next three months we have here. 

I’m not sure where to end this post but on an unwritten sigh and a slight drooping of the shoulders.

Only three months left of some of the best months of our lives.
